Parking passes must be displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle at all times the vehicle is parked at the property. On-site security personnel periodically checks cars for parking passes. If you lose your parking pass, please obtain another one from the Front Desk. Your gate code will be on the back of your parking pass. 

Security deposit authorization link will be sent to you via email 7 days before arrival. It will place a hold on your payment of choice using PayPal. Security deposits holds are released as long as there is no evidence of damage or theft upon inspection of the unit following your departure.  We will release the hold or make a claim within the allotted 29 days. You do not need a PayPal account to authorize the security deposit hold.<br />

Deductions will be itemized and at host’s discretion. If damage is more than the security deposit hold, guest must pay the balance within 7 days of receiving the payment request.

The Pineapple Penthouse

Check in starts at 4:00 p.m. Due to the possibility of someone checking out the day of your arrival, please be patient. We will do all we can to allow check-in a soon as possible. You are welcome to use property amenities earlier than 4:00 p.m.  Upon arriving at the property, please follow the prompts on the call box at the main entrance gate. A front desk agent will buzz you through the gate. You can park anywhere in the parking lot. After parking, please proceed to the front desk for registration where you will sign a copy of the house rules and obtain your parking pass. Access codes to the unit will be provided by the Owner at check-in time. 


This property has a maximum occupancy limit of 4 individuals. All guests must be disclosed to the owner. Unauthorized guests or any guests that exceed an occupancy limit of 4 are strictly prohibited, and if violated, may result in eviction.

Guest Pets are not allowed on property unless it is a registered service animal or to aid hearing or visually impaired individuals. You must make the owner aware of this prior to arrival so that on-site HOA management can be notified. 

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the condo as well as on the balcony.  This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vape pens, and e-cigarettes. The HOA will issue a $250 fine to any guests found smoking in prohibited areas, including the private balcony. Violation of this policy will result in eviction. Designated smoking areas are located in the parking lot and on the beach. Please note that smoking is not permitted from your personal beach chairs; you must be in the designated smoking area when smoking on the beach. 

**Elevators are located in the middle of the complex. Because of the private location of the Pineapple Penthouse, please note that it is located an extended distance from the elevator. Therefore, individuals with mobility challenges (or other health ailments that make walking extended distances challenging) may want to consider booking another property.**

I am a mom and wife to a wonderful son and husband. I am blessed to live in paradise on an island in the Gulf of Mexico. I love traveling, adventure, and consider myself a foodie.
